Mark Lester graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance in 1992. He worked as an internal policy auditor and policy owner service supervisor with United Insurance Companies, Inc. in Oklahoma City for six and a half years before attending the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Mark graduated cum laude, earning his Juris Doctorate in May of 2004. While in law school, he was a Merit Scholar, recipient of the Lloyd Henry Scholarship, an Associate Member of the Robert J. Turner American Inn of Court, a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, and was named to the Faculty Honor Roll. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Property II, Constitutional Law I, State and Local Government, and Administrative Law.

Mark's practice focuses primarily on real estate and compliance issues. In addition, Mark serves as the firm's administrator. Mark has been with the Center for Economic Development Law since April of 2003, and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in September of 2004. He is a member of the American Bar, the Oklahoma Bar, and the Oklahoma County Bar Association.
